She has worked for major brands such as Memorial Hermann, Stryker, Dell, Essentium, HP, and Woodway in both corporate and consultancy settings. She has design experience across various industries including the medical sector, oil & gas, EV fueling solutions, sports equipment, and outdoor products. Conduct and discover consumer insights and challenges and translate them into core principles, methods, and frameworks to inform and advance the future of care at Memorial Hermann. Analyze, create, and implement patient-centric experience strategies and initiatives system wide. M3 DESIGN (JUN 2017 - SEPT 2021 ) INDUSTRIAL DESIGNER

Conduct market research to strategize and synthesize a way forward for the next generation of products for innovative large corporations. Collaborated closely with executive leadership, marketing, sales, engineering, manufacturing, and finance stakeholders. Developed concepts across several platforms or categories at any stage of development. Managed front-end research initiatives - Traveled extensively to conduct consumer insights efforts and facilitated VOC research activities for several projects. Aided in the establishment of the first U.S Mako branch. Worked in a fast-paced environment, charting new territories for entrepreneurial motivated clients. Created project roadmaps to set client expectations for their individual production journey. Guided clients through their first steps of conceptual development and prototyping. Created strategic product vision through market analysis, branding, patent research, lo-fidelity, and hi-fidelity rapid prototyping. Created new partnerships for prototyping with the company.

DELL INC.  (AUG 2014 - FEB 2015) JR INDUSTRIAL DESIGNER - CONTRACT

Worked on several projects for Dell Precision and Optiplex teams while creating solutions consistent with the Dell design language strategy. Provided concepts, renderings, and CAD while working with the internal and ODM engineering team to finalize designs for production. Developed design iterations, refinement, and detail understanding to produce a consistent product story across several platforms

HEWLETT PACKARD (JUNE 2012 - MAY 2013) INDUSTRIAL DESIGN INTERN

Supported Hewlett-Packard’s business desktop and displays team to ensure product solutions are consistent with the design strategy. Provided CAD and created presentations for multiple projects ranging from AIO stand to commercial speakers. Communicated directly with a geographically diverse project team while ensuring that design intent satisfies usability concerns and marketing goals.

Industrial design course instructor to concept artist students looking to enter the video gaming industry. Taught digital sketching, perspective drawing, and critical thinking techniques to junior and senior undergraduates. Acted as student adviser to individual students.
